Conditioning for Spring Athletes


Community Ed Programming / Youth Recreation and Sports -
Winter 2025

This program combines aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (high-intensity bursts) training to prepare athletes for the winter sports season. Each session alternates between training styles for balanced conditioning, helping athletes build stamina, strength, and overall fitness.

Equipment recommended:

  • Flat sole gym shoes
  • Yoga mat
  • Water bottle
