Slow-Flow Hatha Yoga (Intermediate/Level 2)

Community Ed Programming / Adult Enrichment & Recreation -
Winter 2024

Build strength and stamina as well as mind/body balance with this moderately challenging Vinyasa/Hatha style Yoga practice. Vinyasa translates to “flow” through the connection of breath with movement and Hatha translates to “sun & moon” representing balance and unification in Sanskrit. This class has been designed to be like a bridge between Hatha and Vinyasa moving at a slow, fluid pace. Most suitable for those with a moderate fitness level, some experience with yoga is helpful although not necessary. Modifications offered for both dialing back and going deeper into your practice. Please bring a yoga mat to class. This class is also available via live stream, link will be sent to registrants prior to the first class.

There are three sessions offered in Winter 2024.
