MILL CREEK FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Two-Part Registration Process:

• Step 1: Eleyo Registration and Payment Method. Sign up via Eleyo (where you are now) and provide a payment method by September 3. The participation fee for student-athletes who make the team will be charged to your provided payment method on September 15. For sports with tryouts, the coach will notify the athletic department of any student-athletes who did not make the team, and their registrations will be removed, so they won't be charged.
• Step 2: Complete Registration on the Dexter Athletics BigTeams Website. This is where you'll upload your athlete's physical, waiver acknowledgment, and other necessary forms. Instructions for this process can be found here.

Physical Requirement: All participants must have a current physical on file in the athletic department office, dated after April 15, 2024.

Registration Issues: If you don't see an option to register, it might be because your account shows that your student does not attend Dexter Schools (based on your address). To correct this, please email communityed@dexterschools.org with your student's name, and we will update your account so you can complete registration.

Financial Assistance: All student-athletes need to be signed up on Eleyo and through Big Teams.

• Scholarships - complete the scholarship application form.
• Family Maximum - payment needs to be made for your student-athlete and once your family has reached the family maximum ($1000/family/school year for any Mill Creek or DHS school sport), contact the Athletic Department at athletics@dexterschools.org to request a refund (refunds for reaching the family max are made by check from the district's business office).
