NOVEMBER 2024 CLINICS

THROWING & DEFENSE: Come work on the most used and least taught skill in baseball/softball - throwing. Learn proper technique and drills focusing on specific parts of the throw. This all leads to a better understanding and ability when it comes time to learn baseball pitching. We will get into that some as well. We will also work on infield/outfield play. We will have lots of drills working with hands and feet and learning proper technique to field balls.

HITTING: The baseball hitting clinic is an immersive training experience designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. The clinic focuses on key aspects of hitting, including stance, grip, swing mechanics, and mental approach. Throughout the clinic, emphasis is placed on the mental side of hitting, with discussions on focus, visualization, and overcoming adversity at the plate. Participants leave not only with improved techniques but also with a deeper understanding of the game and enhanced confidence in their abilities. Drills include tee work, soft toss, and live batting practice, emphasizing proper timing, power generation, and contact consistency. Players also engage in competitive games to apply their skills in real scenarios, fostering a fun and encouraging environment
