Experience a calmer nervous system, improved ability to cope with stress and pain, higher quality sleep, better focus and attention as well as an overall sense of ease and well-being with this mindful yoga practice paired with meditation. In this gentle practice, we will combine movement, breathwork, mindfulness and meditation to cultivate the many benefits associated with a regular mindful meditation practice. Each week we will explore a different meditation technique (guided visualization, gazing, singing bowls, mudras etc.) Suitable for all fitness and experience levels. A perfect introduction to yoga and meditation. 60-min. Please bring a yoga mat to class. This class is also available via live stream, link will be sent to registrants prior to the first class.
Owner and founder of Crysterra Wellness in Downtown Dexter. She is an RYT-500, E-RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Coach and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She is certified in both Clinical (ARCB Nationally Board Certified) and Thai Reflexology, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Lithotherapist. The main areas of focus in her yoga classes are building and maintaining mental and physical balance, strength, flexibility and resilience through a lens of self-care for optimal wellness.
