High Intensity Interval Training

Community Ed Programming / Adult Enrichment & Recreation -
Winter 2025

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a dynamic and results-driven workout designed to challenge your body through short, intense bursts of exercise followed by brief recovery periods. This training method alternates between periods of maximum effort and rest, keeping your heart rate elevated and maximizing calorie burn. HIIT is proven to enhance cardiovascular fitness, boost metabolism, build lean muscle mass, improve endurance, and promote fat loss. In each 30-minute session, you'll engage in a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups, offering a full-body workout that keeps things exciting and effective. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, modifications will be provided to ensure everyone can participate and progress at their own pace. Consistent participation will not only help you achieve your fitness goals but also increase your energy levels and improve your overall health, all while keeping your workouts time-efficient and fun.

Classes are held at HIIT Happy, 7043 Dexter Ann Arbor Rd in Dexter.
