The beginner class is designed to be focused on those that are ready to get started with our sport of Cheerleading. Get ready to learn how to do a Cartwheel, One Handed Cartwheel, Handstand Forward Roll and a Round Off. We will also work on flexibility as that is a key component to tumbling. You will be coached by the coaching staff of Dexter Cheer.
Attire Requirements: Participants should wear comfortable clothing suitable for tumbling—no leotards, please. Clean, supportive tennis shoes are required.
