We are excited to announce that on June 10th, all 8th grade classes will be participating in a service learning field trip to Detroit, where we’ll be working alongside the non-profit organization, Camp Restore. This outdoor, hands-on experience will give students a unique opportunity to engage in general clean-up projects and make a positive impact on the community.
To make this special day possible, we are seeking donations to help cover the cost of work gloves, district transportation, and a pizza lunch for our student volunteers. Any amount you can contribute will go directly toward making this meaningful service experience accessible for all of our 8th graders. Should we receive a surplus of donations, we will donate any excess to Camp Restore.
Suggested donation levels are $10, $20, $30, $50, or any amount that is meaningful to your family. Your support will help us empower our students to give back and learn through service!
$10 - Covers a share of transportation, gloves, or lunch for one student.$20 - Covers transportation and lunch for one student.$40 - Covers the full cost for two students, or helps support a student whose family can’t contribute.$100 - A generous gift supporting multiple students or helping ensure all costs are covered.
Thank you for your generosity and for supporting our students as they make a difference in Detroit.
