The Dexter Youth Cheerleading Association is excited to offer the Little Dreads Cheer program! This prep team class is for Y5-2nd grade students and is focused on FUN! Practices will be held right after school at the DEEC until 4:30 PM on Thursdays starting September 11, 2025. The Saturday afternoon performance date will be based on the DYFL calendar, which is finalized in late summer.
This beginner program will focus on the basic fundamentals of sideline cheer, including proper form, motions, tumbling, and jumps, and our prep team will learn material that is performed at all levels of the Dexter Cheer program.
The cost of the program includes a cheer bow and team shirt. If you have questions, please contact Youth Cheer Coordinator Kelly King at dexteryouthcheer@gmail.com.
