Community Education Programming provides enrichment and recreational opportunities for all ages in the Dexter community. Our classes and events support lifelong learning, creativity, wellness, and connection.
Dexter Community Education's School Age Child Care program offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children after school and on select non-school days during the year.

Middle School Softball for 7th & 8th graders in Dexter Schools - offered by Dexter Community Education
TRYOUTS - March 10 and March 11 3:30pm-5:00pm at either Creekside Gym or Creekside Quad Fields - depends on the weather!
Practices start Thursday March 12 and run daily.
The team will practice at Wylie and Creekside after school (start date mid-March), and have ten game dates (TBD). Each game date is a doubleheader.
Players need to supply their own grey softball pants and transportation to contests (there is no school-provided transportation).
Jerseys are a separate registration ($35 fee but the kids get to keep them).
You will be put on waitlist and charged zero at initial registration. Athletes who make the team will be charged the registration fee on April 7.
