Restorative Yoga w/Reflexology for Stress Relief (Beginner/Level 1) Relax and restore with this gentle, stress relieving yoga practice paired with the healing and regenerative benefits of Reflexology. Reflexology is the stimulation of specific pressure points “reflexes” on the hands and feet that relate to the organs and systems of the body. Suitable for all fitness and experience levels. This deeply nourishing and profoundly relaxing class teaches a different reflex location each class for self-application, as well as a mini-hands-on session at the end of each class to get you completely and totally relaxed. 60 min. Please bring a yoga mat to class. This class is also available via live stream, link will be sent to registrants prior to the first class.
Owner and founder of Crysterra Wellness LLC. She is an E-RYT Certified Yoga Instructor and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years. She is certified in both Clinical and Thai Reflexology, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master, and Certified Lithotherapist. She teaches yoga and meditation in Dexter and the surrounding areas and sees clients at her office in Downtown Dexter. Her main areas of focus are building and maintaining mental and physical balance, strength, flexibility and resilience through a lens of self-care for stress/anxiety relief and optimal wellness.
