Hatha-Flow Yoga for Wellness (Beginner/Level 1 – Intermediate/Level 2)
Improve physical and mental balance, flexibility and strength with this gentle yoga practice. Create harmony and balance of body and mind through physical postures, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. This class is suitable for most fitness and experience levels. Modifications are offered for both dialing back and going deeper into your practice. Please bring a yoga mat to class. This class is also available via live stream, link will be sent to registrants prior to the first class. *No class 7/2
Owner and founder of Crysterra Wellness in Downtown Dexter. She is an RYT-500, E-RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor and Meditation Coach and has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 25 years. She is certified in both Clinical (ARCB Nationally Board Certified) and Thai Reflexology, a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master Teacher, and Certified Lithotherapist. The main areas of focus in her yoga classes are building and maintaining mental and physical balance, strength, flexibility and resilience through a lens of self-care for optimal wellness.
