Tryouts are free. Teams are formed after tryouts, and selections will be announced by October 26.

League play & practice time is determined by the coach. Teams typically practice once a week and league play is on the weekends.

After tryouts, the coaches will inform Community Ed staff of the students who have made the team. Those students will be transferred from to the roster and the invoices will be sent to the parents.

• Players selected through tryout process and teams formed by DHS Varsity Coaches.
• Number of teams depends on the number of players and volunteer coaches for each age group
• Players not selected will still be able to play Community Ed Youth Basketball in the winter
• Travel season for boys & girls grades 4-6 is November – March
• Travel season for girls 7^th/8^th grade is November-December, boys 7^th/8^th grade is January-March
• Mill Creek students can participate in both middle school and travel basketball – the seasons don’t conflict!
• Fees will range between $200-$250 per player
• Additional information will be provided at tryouts

There are two dates listed for each tryout - you only need to attend one date.
