Baseball & Softball Clinics - Hitting

Community Ed Programming / Youth Recreation and Sports -
Fall 2025

The baseball hitting clinic is an immersive training experience designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. The clinic focuses on key aspects of hitting, including stance, grip, swing mechanics, and mental approach.

Throughout the clinic, emphasis is placed on the mental side of hitting, with discussions on focus, visualization, and overcoming adversity at the plate. Participants leave not only with improved techniques but also with a deeper understanding of the game and enhanced confidence in their abilities.

Drills include tee work, soft toss, and live batting practice, emphasizing proper timing, power generation, and contact consistency. Players also engage in competitive games to apply their skills in real scenarios, fostering a fun and encouraging environment.
