Introductory Hitting Clinic

Community Ed Programming / Youth Recreation and Sports -
Fall 2025

This immersive training experience is designed to help players improve their hitting skills and confidence at the plate. Sessions focus on key aspects such as stance, grip, swing mechanics, and the mental approach to hitting, including discussions on focus, visualization, and overcoming adversity. Players will work on tee drills, soft toss, and live batting practice, emphasizing timing, power, and consistency. Each session incorporates competitive games to apply skills in real scenarios while fostering a fun and encouraging environment.

Beginner Clinic: Tailored for machine pitch and minors players (ages 7–10) or those new to hitting.

Participants leave with refined techniques and a deeper understanding of the game.
