Physical fitness, team sports and special events.
This immersive training experience is designed to help players improve their hitting skills and confidence at the plate. Sessions focus on key aspects such as stance, grip, swing mechanics, and the mental approach to hitting, including discussions on focus, visualization, and overcoming adversity. Players will work on tee drills, soft toss, and live batting practice, emphasizing timing, power, and consistency. Each session incorporates competitive games to apply skills in real scenarios while fostering a fun and encouraging environment.
Beginner Clinic: Tailored for machine pitch and minors players (ages 7–10) or those new to hitting.
Participants leave with refined techniques and a deeper understanding of the game.
Coach Rick has coached baseball and softball since 2016, including Little League, travel baseball, and travel softball. He has also been part of the Dexter High School JV softball coaching staff. Over the years, he has led multiple All-Star teams to District Championships and guided teams to appearances in the State Little League Tournament in both baseball and softball. In addition to his coaching experience, he holds a USA Baseball “C” Coaching Certificate.
