Dexter Community Education's School Age Child Care program offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment for children after school and on select non-school days during the year.

This course will provide you with the info necessary to safely operate a variety of boats and personal watercraft (PWC). Learn navigation rules, boat & PWC operation, maintenance and specific laws & regulations to legally operate watercraft in Michigan. Upon successful completion you will receive a State of MI Boater’s Safety Certificate required for legal operation of any type of personal watercraft (including jet skis) for all persons born after 12/31/1978. Persons under 14 years of age may not legally operate a PWC. Based on feedback from previous participants, participants should be at least 12 years of age. Bring lunch, drinks & snack.
