Dexter Community Education’s School-Age After Care program provides dependable, state-licensed care for children in Young 5s through Grade 6 on regularly scheduled school days. The program offers a structured, safe environment after dismissal, with time for snack, play, and enrichment.

After Care follows the Dexter Community Schools calendar and runs on regular school days during the 2026–27 school year. Care does not run on days school is not in session unless families are registered separately for a Non-School Day program
